27 years of martial arts training (Karate-do), 14 years as a martial arts instructor, and I have a B.A. in Philosophy.

I am the girl kicking at the rather tall man in the picture, who happens to be my husband! I am a 6th degree black belt with 27 years of martial arts experience. As well, I am a proud geek, with a B.A. in Philosophy and a minor in English Literature.
