Nearly one year later, Chris’s company, Misnomer Dance Theater, is one of 10 arts organizations from around the country selected to pilot the Leading for the Future: Innovative Support for Artistic Excellence program. The program will help fund Misnomer’s Audience Engagement Platform – a website and software system of tools designed to increase visibility, exposure and financial support for arts organizations, and to introduce arts to a wide range of new audiences. Past Finalist Celebrating Launch of 'Vintage Blue'April Finalists Liza Goncalves and Michelle D’Avella recently shared some news with ideablob. Their small business, Vintage Blue, is hosting an official launch party on September 19 in Philadelphia. Vintage Blue is a clothing brand that produces environmentally friendly vintage t-shirts with graphics from the 40's and 50's. Although Liza and Michelle came up a few votes short in April, they are proof that succeeding in business is more than a contest.
