Advanta was the only winner selected from nearly 70 demonstrators at DEMOfall for the enviable People’s Choice DEMOgod Award. SPRING HOUSE, PA and SAN DIEGO, CA--(September 24, 2007) — Advanta Corp. (NASDAQ:ADVNB; ADVNA), today announced the beta launch of a new small business innovation, ideablob.com, where small businesses and entrepreneurs can share and grow their business ideas – and have a chance to win $10,000 towards fulfilling them. It will be seen for the first time at DEMOfall 07, a premier launch venue for new products, technologies and companies.

Great ideas are generated every day by people all across the country, and now these ideas have a place to live and grow. Anyone with a good business idea can post it to ideablob.com. Entrepreneur and Restaurateur Kevin Clib, owner of Bridgets 8 West, a restaurant in Ambler, PA, is so excited about submitting his newest business idea on ideablob that he’s passing out the personalized Web link to his idea to all his patrons in hopes they will vote for it.
