Sketch or draw a mock-up of what you envision this lounge to look like. If it was my idea, I would develop some sort of theme or look so it could end up as a franchise like StarBucks. Something like this could knock Starbucks off of the map just with the entertainment and classy art venue!! There is no shortage of artists, musicians and talent and star want-to-bees in the US.
