STL is unique in a few crucial ways. 1) It is not a club, or lobby-focused organization; any citizen dedicated to finding solutions can participate in the process. 2) The process culminates in actual change of policy or corporate practice, not just a report for congressional review someday. 3) STL will not be re-inventing the work done by other think tanks, but will learn from them and use those learnings to move toward the actionable solutions, which are voted on by the participating public before introduction to the House or Private Entity. NOTE: The basis for this idea was inspred by a program called "Youth in Government" focused on high school students who want to experience what government involvement entails in a small, but practicable way. I needed to read through the description a couple of times to 'get it.' Perhaps a nich focus would help with the clarity. I like how clear your process is, I'd just suggest focusing a bit on the easy to understand tagline.
