Green Science Center

"Green" information is most often found in nature center environments. I would like to start a science museum dedicated to ecologically sustainable technology. This museum would include interactive exhibits sponsored by businesses that research, develop, and manufacture green technologies. The exhibits would showcase products such as solar panels, geo-thermal heating and cooling systems, wind energy, building products, passive solar architecture, recycling products, transportation, etc… The Green Science Center would also give workshops dedicated to helping people enrich their lives and save the planet through sustainable living.

How can I publish the details of my ideas, and protecting them at the same time? This business idea requires a level of prudent public disclosure, but to vote for this idea it would be helpful to have a better understanding of the core concepts.

That's a really good question. One of the tough things about a site like this. Can you describe the "points of pain" that it addresses without explaining how you do it? A competition like this is really tough with IP, especially if you don't have the resources in place to protect it.
