  Providing school children with healthy lunches is an excellent idea and there is certainly a need for improved nutrition in school lunch programs. There is a strong research base for you to drawn on when presenting your idea to potential sponsors and partners. However, because of the enormity and complexity of the public school system, you may find it difficult to reach the children who would need your service most - those growing up in high-poverty communities. You'll need a well developed business plan that demonstrates your understanding of how existing school lunch programs are funded and how they fall short. I've heard of Charter Schools that bring in nutritious, organic lunches - you may want to check out how they do it.
