What advice do you have to help me grow my idea?
Idea Description
Providing a Non-Profit organazation for ex-felons to connect with employers that are willing to give them a chance. By matching them up with employers that will give them employment it will ultimately reduce the amount of repeat offenders and will help rebuild their self-confindence.
I would also like to provide the tools nessessary for them to continue with furthering their education, as education is such a vital part of living a better and most productive life.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
I would put my plan in motion by promoting my ideal to different corporations and companies alike. This will help me build a data base that would allow me to provide helpful information to the different job placement agencies and for different areas of the correctional facilities.
