What advice do you have to help me grow my idea?
Idea Description
This restaurant would be an upscale restaurant that would feature a new, world class chef every month.
The restaurant would accommodate walk-in and reservation business, but would also feature a subscription member service. Included in this service, each member could choose the table of their choice for every month. The cost of their twelve meals would be included in their annual membership fees.
I would also look to acquire a strategic business partner; i.e. a well known, popular world class chef.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
Spend some time to thoroughly develop the business concept, and then talk to several restaurant industry insiders whom I personally know.

I would personally love to visit a location like this if it was affordable. How would you down class the menus so that normal customers could afford the food? When you think of restaurants that are very successful, the most successful that comes to mind is McDonalds. How do you feel that your systems would drive your store's success when the "newness and hype" is gone?
