Idea Description
I would like to pledge in helping to plant a million trees in Malaysia if I get individual and corporations worldwide to pay USD10 per tree.
This is my small effort towards this blue marble of ours, this planet earth from the dangers of global warming. I was a forester by training but now I am the CEO of an IT company. I wish to make this a goal in life.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
I will build a website enable me to list all the contributors to this Plant A MILLION TREES Project of mine. The GPS coordinate where the tree is planted will also be recorded in the website. Part of the 10K will be used to get the GPS coordinate where the seedling is planted.
I will start the first 1000 trees and dedicate it to IDEABLOB as the principle founding contributor to this GREENING project.
