Idea Description
Consolidated Service Company would be built to provide a wide variety of services that would appeal to the elderly and/or people with homes (primary dwellings or vacation) that need assistance in maintaining, repairing or constructing. CSC would be an employee owned company that employs service providers through out the midwest with a wide variety of skills and experience. Employees work together as a network to build the company through referrals of other service providers in the system. The company would retain a percentage of service income to provide the entire network with benefits and ownership in a growing business.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
Publish comprehensive business plans and circulate them through the service/labors community. Sell them on the idea of an umbrella company that facilites benefits and growth of an overall business that they control and own. Sell them on the idea of refering service/labor jobs that they don't specialize in to another in the company; by doing so they help fellow employees and benefit as the whole network succeeds.
