A kid friendlt Hair salon for mothers. Each Solon would have day care staff so mom can have a quiet and comfortable hair experience.

This is a great idea. I'd recommend having certified staff for the child care portion. You may also want to consider partnering for "drop in" child care with an existing top line franchise day care center like Kinder care. This would allow you to focus on the salon portion of your business while marketing it as a "mom friendly" salon. Colocation of your salon adjacent to the day care center would be the potential hurdle, but in most cases, day care centers are in residential type areas so your land cost or lease would be lower than in traditional commercial zones.
