What advice do you have to help me grow my idea?
Idea Description
A PDA attached to grocery carts with software that allows one to shop more efficiently. A few of the functions of the software will be a calculator with a final bill (w/tax) for budget purposes, A program that lists and converts measurements, program where one can upload shopping lists, program catered to specific store that knows the stores layout (type in item and the exact location will be revealed) and instead of wasting paper the stores weekly ad can be viewed and updated on the PDA electronically.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
I would like to contact a software developer and at the same time finish up my college education and obtain my AS in small business management and entrepreneurship.

Great idea. It will certainly help the shopper to buy sale items, find items and to make purchases they are sure they have the money to pay for.
