  I do not see this as a problem if you come across as experienced, skilled and competent, with a well thought out plan and a professional approach.
  
  It helps to really develop the idea fully, write a business plan, and be professional in your approach.
  
  I have worked in non-traditional fields most of my working career and if you are good at what you do, that is what matters.
  
  If you happen to read treehugger, they had a good article about a US company (www.nowet.com) that makes a waterless car wash product. A company in Australia has taken the product and created a franchise business with the green no water car wash product.
  
  I think it would be good to develop your "what will you do" with a much more thought out plan. A good business plan can help you develop your idea beyond the "first two months of supplies". There are a lot of great resources on the web to help you create business plans.
