Idea Description
I would like to create a website that allows people to shop for clothing sales locally. The idea is that people love sales, so why not allow them to shop from the convenients of their home? Shipping could be set up with the local postial service, this would allow customers cheap shipping costs and the piece of mind that they will be receiving their order the next day. Customers could also return the item since they bought it locally.

Good idea...there are websites that are doing this with big brands like Circuit City, etc. They have huge issues re inventory and so on. Neat to think about starting small and local. If you do it, make sure you build it so that it can grow.
