Idea Description
People would post whatever they want to lease with the terms they seek. Vendors would post or bid against each other for the contract. Additional revenue could be generated by selling advertising to banks and leasing companies. Postings would be broken out by category, such as auto, real estate, office equipment, heavy equipment, computers, etc. There would also be a forum where users could post questions regarding leasing and vendors could post answers. Visitors could rate vendors and/or the leasing deals offered.

that is a tough question to answer. But here goes...
First, you need to determine what your target market is. When you close your eyes and picture your perfect customer, what do they look like? what do they do for a living? are they wealthy? get as detailed as possible. Once you have that figured out, you can determine if these people are best categorized as Businesses or Customers.
