Idea Description
As an artist, I would like to write children books about a child who grew up in a broken homes, broken promises and an absent father. One day, after getting into some trouble, he met Big Dad, a tall, big man, who cared about troubled kids. The book is geared toward teaching the children, though others lets them down, they're still responsible for theri own actions; making right choices.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
I would like to take the money to fund my project and then use the proceeds to support some of the programs needed to keep kids safe from the gangs and the streets. My program is called Big Dad, it role models a father-figure for boys particularly, African American boys being raised by singled moms.
