Idea Description
To instruct and to provide on the job training and internship for young women aspiring to become business owners. And to provide the necessary coaching, mentoring required to set goals and to reach those goals. To motivate the desire to develop as young women for the betterment of economic development. To train in a "hands on" kind of atmosphere that include learning the functioning of a business office in day to day operations and real life circumstances. Stategic planning to education in basic aspects of business plan writing,workshops for mock training positions to receive certificates.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
Put in motion the process of finding qualified individuals to start immediately working and training in our office at the level of marketing and telephone skills, customer service management and all phases of CRC training. Provide a training schedule and training stipends to help off set the expense of training. Creating data base information and assisting with graphic design and web based designs and all related facets of growing a business.
