Do you beleive that buying votes by offering free entry to a poker tournament with real cash prizes on Full Tilt Poker is the way to get support for an idea? Offering a truly free entry to garner interest is one thing, but requiring people to vote for your idea beforehand is another entirely.
It truly shows your motivations -- which is a check for $10,000 in your name and nothing more!

Charity casino is a good idea. I used to go to"charity casinos" in canada. They were small affairs in a banquet hall , restaurnat etc. They only had table games and all proceeds went to charity. Was somewhere i didnt mind losing .This would be difficult to set up as a full casino but on a smaller scale very lucrative.

Wonderful idea. Have you thought about creating it as an online casino? I'm not sure about online gaming's legal status right now but it could be much easier than creating a real casino and similarly lucrative. And as a non-profit, it may be viable online.
