Frozen Cemetery
Frozen Cemetery
Idea Description
Secure a location that is annually below freezing in tempatures. Maybe Alaska or to the extreme one of the Artic Circles. Have the deceased entombed in a block of clear ice(there is a chemical process to make clear ice) and available for display by visiting relatives and friends. The bodies would never decay or decompose and loved ones could visit and pay their respects for generations. Overhead would be at a minimal compared to other cyrogenics. Addtional revenue could be made from onsite lodging and other amenities.

Q1: Legality of this type of cemetery if the location was in Alaska. Input from current funeral services on what type of embalming is most receptive to freezing. Types of equipment needed for the cold tempatures to handle and move the bodies encased in ice.
Interesting idea. I think the greatest entry barrier will be perception and culture.
