The first step is to finish production on the website which is the foundation. Also a Marketing plan would be drawn up.
After the web side is secure and functioning the next step is to begin adding mobile accessibility starting with SMS and email interaction with files.
The next step from there would be to integrate the phone access features allowing users to call in and add, edit or access their files.
