What advice do you have to help me grow my idea?
Idea Description
I run a small advertising and design agency, and my idea is to add transactional functionality to our current website (powerflitebrand.com) to encourage our business clients and prospects to order our services over the web. By having them fill out an electronic request form, and sometimes pay upfront via PayPal or credit card, this system would make entering and tracking jobs easier on our limited personnel, while smoothing cash flow. We will always be a personable, creatively-driven bricks-and-mortar business, but adding this functionality would enhance our client relationships AND our bottom line.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
I would review our plan with our web developer, fill in any gaps in the plan, identify potential resources, and set the appropriate parties to work on completing a "Start a New Project" page that can then be added to our current site.
