What advice do you have to help me grow my idea?
Idea Description
I have invented a platform for use on either side of an Extension ladder. I have a patent pending (this stuff costs $$$). This platform is a new concept that will allow professionals and homeowners to work safely on an extension ladder. It will provide a workspace capable of adjusting to all possible angles, large enough to hold a paint tray or any assortment of tools up to 40 lbs. This allows you to work and still maintain a safe grip while on ladder.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
I am currently trying to get engineering done and molds made, this is kind of my hold up due to the cost. Though $10,000 will not cover all the costs associated with this, it will help getting to the next step

Prototype by hand and get published locally. Then ask for a local mfg co to partner with you to make and market and ship, with you doing the selling.
