Idea Description
1% For The Planet is already an non-profit organization of businesses dedicated to giving 1% of its member's annual sales revenue to environmental organizations worldwide. 1% For The Earth would follow in the footsteps of this organization by creating a community of individuals who would like to give 1% of their income to these same environmental organizations. 1% of an individuals income may not seem like a big amount, but by combining our efforts we can truly make a difference.

My goal would be to approach this organization and create a program or partnership by which people can join the businesses in giving back- by combining our efforts, an individuals' philanthropy is magnified by the caring of others.
