Idea Description
So how are websites able to check the age of the individual, like porn sites for instance? Other than the use of credit cards however, there are a lot of "free" areas on such sites. I was thinking a method, associated with the IP address that would bring up either a live or nearly live webcam of the individual wanting to access the site as a verification to a distant party that the user is of the proper age. The verifier can also ask for an id to be shown in front of the cam as well.
