Q1: How do we get the word out to consumers?
Idea Description
A new phone directory assistance service that lets callers find and call local businesses who are available (answer the phone and available to provide service.) The directory recommends businesses who will provide better customer service. Consumers rank each business (could help me, not what I needed, etc) after a call to a business. Businesses who rank higher in customer service win. Businesses who provide poor customer service are not recommended. Businesses will have to compete on better customer service.
