  This is an extremely expensive idea that will need a huge amount of investment capital. I really love this idea!! I think it really would be successful in a location such as Las Vegas. I'm afraid your idea can't be patented, copyrighted or protected in anyway because you do not own the rights to the "Wizard of Oz". I'm not sure, but I think it is owned by MGM. If you were to give this idea to the owner of rights to Wizard of Oz, they could just say "thank you", and actually use the idea without compensating you. You can check with an attorney, to verify this. You are an idea person, but next time when you think of an idea, try to really think of a totally original concept, so you can be certain that you are not infringing on someones copyright, patent and/or trademark.
