What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
I'm going to put the $10,000 towards free videos for Realtors. The idea is that we're going to give as many Realtors as possible a taste, and hopefully they'll come back for more!
Finally a destination, where we can watch videos of where want to live
that's a neat idea - would you consider a strategic partnership with realtor.com ? How would you get traffic ?

Funny, I have the same idea. I am currently working on it. Let see who will put it out first. I started 6 months ago. The devil is in the detail. FYI, Check into real estate laws and regulation.
These are some of the question you need to ask yourself: Can my platform scale to support thousands users? PHP? .NET? JAVA? Which application server should I use? Webshpere? Weblogic? JBoss? Which content delivery network should I use to deliver my videos? akami? limelight network? Which front end technology framework should I use? Ajax? These are important decision before moving forward. Remember that idea is just idea. You have to be able to deliver it effectively. Good luck.
