Idea Description
Integrate a text-based message service to notify customers when their table is nearing ready. Many times there are long waits at restaurants near retail outlets, and the buzzers only work a certain distance. Keep existing buzzer system for customers who don't want to give their number, but provide incentive for those who do ... like text message based coupon codes, etc.
Customers with long waits will then be able to go shop, and get a text message when their table is nearing ready. This could potentially reduce the log-jam in the lobby waiting areas.
