What advice do you have to help me grow my idea?
Idea Description
I live in Cheraw, SC, a small southern town. At one time, Cheraw was a thriving community, however with most of the town's industry heading south, our economy is suffering. My dream is to create a website in the format of an online magazine or webzine which will be devoted to promoting Cheraw and the positive side of our small town, from its rich history and vast array of activities to our great selection of restaurants and shops. In Cheraw, we simply celebrate life, and I want to share that with the world.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
Begin working with a professional webmaster and start developing the website.

I think this is really cool. I also don't think you need to win the $10k to get started. Sign up for a WordPress Blog or some other good blog platform (free) and start writing about stuff in the town. Eventually, you can add all kinds of things to the blog that would have it functioning like a webzine, including ads for local businesses.
