  good idea. I think you are missing on a few items regarding how to build velocity around your idea online. There are other ways to acquire traffic and revenues with out having to charge every user or advertiser. If you are interested in discussing further contact us at info@biz-hive.net.

  A pay for advertisement system is the most logical, you could also have user accounts that are paid and unpaid. Unpaid users can only submit a certain amount of pictures, or certain description, etc. They would have a few restrictions on their account. Paid users would have no restrictions.
