  Gps systems and personal navigation devices have come a long way over the past couple of years. For the longest time they were only for the military use, however like all things that are first military then come into the market, consumers and producers alike usually have some way of making them more appealing.
  
  There could be some real worth in your idea if you had come up with it about 3 or 4 years ago Unfortunately, different companies like tom-tom and Garmin already offer this kind of technology. And if you want to learn more about it you can check out this site:

  However I wouldn't loose hope just yet. Although several GPS companies have capitalize on this idea they haven't total made a run across the whole market yet--one because of licensing issues from different actors and production studios. They're basically figuring out a law to claim royalties off the idea is what it pretty much boils down to.
  
  what I am saying is there might still be some holes left in the market that you could still capitalize on if you could convince certain individuals or organizations to sign with you and join your personal service for dealing with these different GPS companies and there high demand
  
  You could basically start a business that would act as a go-between with the actors and the different GPS companies, negotiating rates and settling royalties. How does that sound?

  Are you thinking of using the actual celebrities or imitators?
  Understand that using actual celebrity voices would be much more expensive. In order to cut the costs you could charge per download, giving a percentage of each download to the celebrity.
