CHIPS for CHILDREN
Install a computer chip in children to enable easier location/identification. Make it extremely cheap (free?) so all can participate.

Idea Description
We alreday place a chip in our pets to help us reclaim them when lost. Now why not do it for our children? Could be done as early as when infant is in maternity ward in hospital, or before infant leaves to go home from hospital. I am sure that many parents would object to having it done this early, or, for that matter, even at all. But just think how valuable it could prove if that child was ever lost. Where to place? I don't have that figured out yet. Perhaps a doctor could better advise as to the most favorable body site.

The investment bank would be expected invest in seed level startup projects like yours and to lose money at a specified dollar per jobs ratio for example during hard times that figure may be as high as $20,000 per job and good times the figure may be as low as five dollars per job, by controlling this ratio the fed could roughly control unemployment. The bank will be expected to fund novel products and services and stay away from things like restaurants that will simply draw jobs from other restaurants or moving factories from one part of the country to another. Whatever next? Putting magnets in doors so they can't leave the room? These are human beings we're talking about with human rights. So what happens to the chips when these children grow up and become adults?
That's just crazy... Chipping your children??? What are they dogs? If you can't identify your child by looking at them then there is a problem.
