Online Translation Services
people would come to my website and pay a small fee to become a member to my translation services via online chatroom, cam or just e-mailing. Id charge a small fee per word translated and give free stuff out for referring new people to my website to boost my online business.

What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
Getting my degree in translation and i would do that online as well. I would need to also hire a person to set up my website and then another to advertice and an accountant ofcourse so i know how to deal wtih the income and taxes etc.

Check out http://www.google.com/language_tools, they do translation really well. You will have to differentiate your services. I've used google's translation service many times and I've been frustrated at times. I'm sure if you look deep enough you can find faults in what already exists and take translation services to the next level.
