  My first piece of advice would be to make sure that you differentiate this from pop tarts. Then I would say that you should sell this in places where tourists stop when they are traveling a lot.
  
  Gas stations and rest stops seem like a good idea, because it seems like the kind of snack that would be less messy in the car. Maybe you could rent space for a vending machine in some rest stops, this way you would be in charge of your product. You wouldn't have to get someone to agree to sell it and you wouldn't have to pay any employees, and if it doesn't sell you don't have to credit anybody else's account.
  
  Once you start selling a lot of it you could then expand to gas stations and such, and could show that you have proven that people will buy it. You should also put your web site information all over the vending machine and on the packaging of the product.
