Its a web service.

Any individual creates a profile describing his interests, hobbies, what he owns, what he wants, which brabd he likes, what he does not like etc.

Companies pay us to get a list of probable customers for a new products based on their profiles.

Companies contact the customers and offer exclusive discounts etc etc. Since it is already known that they are looking for such things, the companies are sure to make profit.

The individuals themselves get what they want at cheap prices that too without even trying!!!

This service could be used for displaying more relevant Ads as well. Individuals can fill up wish-lists describing new features, new products.
