Great idea, if I can even make it on a treadmill for 10 minutes I get very bored, and would love to have my laptop there to keep my attention.

Have not seen one. An extension of this idea would be to sell these types of bikes into corporations. If everyone had to keep bicycling through a meeting, it sure would go a lot faster.
