Idea Description
MusicRewards.com will offer members a fun and interactive rewards program for music fans worldwide. Members will earn reward points for participating in several community activities. They will also earn additional reward points for shopping at several local businesses and at hundreds of online stores like Target.com, HomeDepot.com, Macys.com and 1-800-Flowers.com. Reward points will be redeemable music downloads, concert tickets, iPhones, iPods, ringtones and tons of other music related products. Members will also have the ability to use their rewards points to enter sweepstakes or to bid on exclusive auction items which will include chances to meet their favorite artist.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
I will use the $10,000 to launch a beta version of the MusicRewards.com shopping portal which is ready to go live. I will spend the money on a server and some of the money on marketing. I will also use a portion of the money to refine the business plan and investor presentation so that I can start pitching my idea to angel investors.
I just wanted to let everyone know that a portion of the profits from MusicRewards.com will also go to support the Grammy Foundation and their Music in Schools program so that every child has a chance to experience the power and joy of music!!!

Absolutely. It would have to be trendy/young focused, as I think those are the top users of music download sites. Why not check out the stats on the average user on iTunes and see if you could profile them to create a website around their profile type.
