You could try amending your idea to focus more on outlines that are for more generic and universal topics, such as the ones covered by the bar exam. In terms of the ability to sell used textbooks or search for textbooks being sold by other users, you'll need to find a way to differentiate your idea from the sites that already exist.
How is your service better than the CD my law school fraternity updates and hands out at the beginning of every year to new members? The outlines are specific and detailed for certain teachers. I would suggest you let people post and search according to the schools they attend. I also think it would fulfill a morbid curiosity of many law students to see what kind of quality their competitor schools dish out.
