Idea Description
A local office run or contracted by City, County or State Government, that would facilitate the Foreclosure process that protects both financial concerns and Social concerns.
Tasks:
1. Socially responsible eviction - without causing homelessness or taxing local resources.
2. Maintaining the vacant property. Repairing any defects. Accurate and timely appraisal.
3. Employing Homeless, unemployed, and other registered persons in need.
4. Allowing transfers of registered persons from location to location, fro employment or hardship reasons.
5. Profits from the sale of the property at Fair Market Value, would be distributed to the Mortgage holder minus a handling fee.
