The Brag Rag is the free family-oriented positive reinforcement publication, recognizing kids for positive role modeling. Each month The Brag Rag features articles about kids who are setting good examples for their peers, practicing acts of charity and kindness, and overcoming difficult situations.

It’s about reversing peer pressure by giving kids the praise they deserve before an assembly of their peers! It’s about making it popular among kids to make good choices! It’s about utilizing good examples to encourage others to follow! It’s about investing in our future by investing in the kids that will be running the show when we’re too old! It’s about sending kids to College! It’s about Bragging on America’s Greatest Asset: Our Kids!
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
Our next steps will be expanding this idea from its headquarters in Austin, Texas with a goal to reach every household in America. The $10K will help us launch a state-wide campaign by providing us with adequate funding to hire appropriate individuals needed to spread the word about The Brag Rag. These individuals will be the driving force behind The Brag Rag's initial marketing campaign designed to attract various venues, restaurants, daycares, pediatricians, philanthropic individuals and others to buy advertising space in The Brag Rag in order to keep us as a free publication. As soon as we meet solvency for our first state-wide distribution The Brag Rag will be self-sustaining through Ads

I think this is a fabulous idea, we need media outlets with positive messages and stories that honor the good samaritan rather than the phelon...I hope people really realize what an impact a little positive reinforcment can help kids get through those critical times!
