Petition the FCC to Mandate Volume Reduction For Commercials
I don't know about you, but I am sick of loud commercials. All I ask is that the volume stays constant. I would like to get a petition to the FCC to make it a rule that television stations can not increase the volume on commercials.

What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
I do not expect to win on this, I just would at least stir up attention on a grass roots level. I believe most of us are sick of Billy Mays blasting his pitches of some stuff we don't need. If there was a miracle that this idea actually won, I would pay hourly wages at $12 an hour to anyone that worked on this idea with me until this idea becomes a FCC Ruling. If there is any residual, it would go for a open public party with a Rock band to celebrate and I will be a guest on the keyboards.
