Idea Description
Targeting CEOs of major corporations/multi-million dollar companies, bosses trade places with the janitor, secretary, mail clerk, etc. The boss gets to live like the employee, including living on their budget and in their home. The employee gets to live like the boss, making critical decisions, living on the boss's budget, and in his or her home. Each will be expected to perform the other's job and meet deadlines and other job-related benchmarks. Think Donald Trump working as a pit boss or valet. The boss' paycheck that week would be donated to a charity the employee chooses, such as Dress For Success, which helps underprivileged women dress for interviews.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
I would approach a cable network to pitch the idea.

Great idea! One week is a long time though!! What would happen to the company? Would would the Board of Directors think when their CEO is missing in action?
You can make this an annual event like "take your child to work day". Or "Entrepreneurship Week" which is an initiative that is now recognized across the U.S. Start up an organization, and get your message out!
Perhaps make it one day instead of a week to keep bail-outs out of question!!
You can start today by creating a brand similar to Entrepreneurship. They used many viral marketing techniques like reaching out to universities. In your case, you can reach out to the companies and showcase those that are taking part in your program.
