Idea Description
Miranda Tags for Children..I am the CA. Director for NFPCAR (National Foster Parent Coalition for Allegation Reform)& we are a non profit online support group for families who have been falsely attacked by CPS or the Juvenile Justice System. Our support group is developing "Miranda Tags" are a "safe-guard" for children that will protect them from being forced to talk to "strangers" who interview them without the parents knowledge. On one side of the tag would have personal contact information and the other side would have a brief "Miranda" statement for the child to present when needed. Tags worn by any child and presented when cornered by strangers. Instructions provided to parents.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
Step #1. To mass produce these tags and begin taking orders to be shipped out to parents across the nation. We will include precise instructions to the parents on how to teach their children on their CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS, Step #2. Our NFPCAR directors in each state will hold classes on the purpose and functions of our organization as to why these tags are needed and THE TRUTH behind what is going on across our nation under the guise of protecting America's children under CPS.

It is a very sad state that we live in that we must resort to this! I am totally amazed! Have your children been wrongly interrogated by some idiots at your school? It is time to get a good attorney and sue for all the bucks they have!! When I was a kid, I was taught from my parents that even though you are minor, you have the right to be silent. I exercised my rights and was silent in the principals office and the principal hauled off and pushed me off of the chair. I picked up the chair and threw it back at the principal and almost hit him. It was a big mess, but to avoid a BIG lawsuit, everything went back to normal. Everyone in this country has rights, and right to be silent is one of them! I'm just not sure if a tag will do the trick!
