We are in the process of negotiating the lease and raising capital for our second location because people are traveling over an hour to eat our food regularly, and I get daily letters begging me to expand around the country. No one has food that is as healing as medicine and as delicious as your wildest dreams like us! Even meat lovers crave our unique, but simple meals made in under 3 minutes! Our cafe is filled with people from all walks of life, blissfully enjoying food that heals their body as well as the world they live in.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
This next step we are going as fully sustainable as possible so we can prove high volume, and quality food does not have to **** energy. If we win we will use the money to purchase a commercial composting toilet so that we'll be the first zero waste, net energy food operation in the nation! After this store we'll build a drive through...then watch out McDonalds, Chipolte and Whole Foods! We'll be serving America food grown locally, fresh and made with love. We are collaborating with local schools and farms to connect our communities with urban agriculture and ecology. Net energy, rooftop greenhouses will supply us with the produce we need to feed our peoples' vitality!
