Each step (Focusing on Consulting Business: Recruiting Employees, Finding out their strengths and weakness, training them for their strengths, Marketing them for appropriate job) should be done with utmost care and planning.
Keeping ourself responsible, meticulous and hardworking will make it possible to bring all these works chained together. Once that system forms with proper monitoring and developments a business success can't be beaten up.
