What advice do you have to help me grow my idea?
Idea Description
I've recently acquired my first retail location for my Sign & Graphics business, which has been in business for 8yrs. Until now, I have worked out of my home. Having more visibility, hopefully I will be much busier than working from home. I now need other individuals to help me with the creative process of fulfilling my customers orders. I would use the $10,000 to hire young artists out of college and help them learn a trade. Their input would bring fresh ideas to my customers, while providing them a salary and allowing them to pursue their creative ideas.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
I would contact local educational institutes to find an interested student to work for my company part time.

Sort of a mentor program with pay? Have you discussed this with any young artists? They might be willing to help you out for the experience or to get their name known, or even a percentage of the work they have done.
