Getting Americans to Vote and be Heard!
Our idea is pretty simple. The Gasgirlz have a slogan to encourage all of America to get out there and vote Nov. 4th. Its G.A.S and Vote!(Give a Sh*t and Vote!) We even have a "user friendly" version too: Give a Squat and Vote! Or simply say GAS and VOTE!, GAS and VOTE!, GAS and VOTE!
Q1: What are other ways to help ourselves with our goal if we don't win. Because either way it goes, we want to try something instead of doing nothing.
Idea Description
We have it pattened and want to share it with our country by traveling state to state, registering, and promoting the power of the vote. Like a Pep Squad for America! We took something negative that's affecting all of us, and turned it into something positive, motivating, and even humorous all in one. Our problem, (hopefully not for long), was trying to find ways to get our entire country involved with our idea and not just locally. We're not out to encourage Americans to vote for anyone in particular...that's our right as Americans to have our own "vote of choice", we just want to get out the word to as many Americans as we can to exercise that right when it counts(Nov. 4th)!
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
With the money, it could help to lease the van, or bus (whatever we can afford) and for every state,(with help of course) we could pass out bumper stickers(what we have now), buttons, t-shirts, talk with different people in the communities(local news, radio stations), get their feedback, and listen to their opinions. Most importantly, letting the people know how much their vote will matter and getting them to register if their not already. And of course, it will help pay for the gas!!!!
