Internet futurists predict that one day software will help automate much of the drudgery that dominates our life. I'd like to start this by automating the job search. There are many great websites for finding job leads. Especially in the tech sector. The problem is, not all good leads are on any one site. I'd like to write a virtual employment counselor. This software service will ask the client to say say thumbs up or down to several ads. This will allow an AI to watch job listing sites and report promising leads to the client. I also see potential selling this to employment agencies. This software can cut back on counselor costs and dig for quality matches from more leads.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
Once again, I post a lot of ideas here and I really appreciate your feedback. If I win the $10K I will use it to polish the prototype. I can accomplish the core technology development. I'd outsource the service design and hire a copy writer to make things as appealing as possible.
