When running any type of business you need to have a plan. A simple rule to any plan is this, Delegate what needs to done. By doing this you free yourself the time you need to do other things. Communicate, make sure you are clear in what you need done. Follow Thru, Check to make sure everything is done. If you don't you only have yourself to blame.
